The 9th International Conference on Gas Hydrates (ICGH9) venue will provide ample high-quality exhibition space. Exhibits from research organizations, companies, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, and others involved with gas hydrate research or related industries are welcome.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars. All payments are expected in US Dollars.

Exhibitor Area Facilities

Each exhibitor's area will have the following:

  • Reserved booth measuring approximately 10 feet by 10 feet
  • One skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • Pipe and drape (sides 3 feet x 8 feet; backdrop 10 feet x 8 feet)
  • Electricity (120 VAC 60Hz); exhibitors must supply their own extension cords and plug strips
  • Waste paper basket

Double booths (10 feet by 20 feet) are available.


Each exhibitor will be expected to conform to the following schedule:

  • Set-up: Sunday, June 25 • 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Exhibition

    Monday, June 26; Tuesday, June 27; Thursday, June 29 • 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

    Wednesday, June 28 • 7:30 AM - Noon

    Friday, June 30 • 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

  • Tear-down: Friday, June 30 • 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Fees and Registration

Registration for exhibitor space is open now. Space is extremely limited; therefore applications will be accepted in the order received.

  • Exhibitor registration - single booth: $2,500 USD
  • Exhibitor registration - double booth: $4,000 USD

Each registration includes the following:

  • Admission to the exhibitor area for 1 person
  • Exhibitor's name and logo in the printed and digital program
  • Exhibitor's logo on the Conference website

Admission to the Conference is not included in the exhibitor registration fee.

Policies concerning modification or cancellation of an exhibitor registration are the same as those for Conference registrants — except that the cancellation service fee, if imposed, will be $375 (single booth) or $600 (double booth). Learn more...


Each exhibitor shall be responsible for providing security for their possessions present in their designated area. Neither the event organizers, the owner/operator of the Conference venue, nor the Continuing and Professional Education Services can be held responsible for theft of or damage to a exhibitor's possessions. Exhibitors are encouraged to not leave their area unattended and/or to remove their possessions from the area during periods when the area is unattended.
